Pussy88 iOS Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1Registration Eligibility & Platform Use

To register and use the pussy88 ios platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Pussy88 ios strictly prohibits minors from registering or using any of our services.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not be located in a region or jurisdiction where participation in online betting or casino activities is prohibited under local laws applicable to you personally.
• Acting on your own behalf — registering or using the platform on behalf of another person without written authorisation is prohibited.

Pussy88 ios reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If you are unable to verify that you meet the eligibility requirements above, your account may be suspended pending verification or permanently terminated if verification fails.

2User Account & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on pussy88 ios. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using the same name, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund of any balance.

When you register an account on pussy88 ios, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information is grounds for account termination.
• Keep your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, including individuals claiming to be pussy88 ios staff — our staff will never ask for your password.
• Notify the pussy88 ios support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity occurring under your account is considered your own unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

Pussy88 ios uses 256-bit SSL encryption and an active security monitoring system to protect your account. That said, the security of your password remains your responsibility as the user.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on pussy88 ios are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using supported local payment methods. Accepted payment methods are:

• DuitNow (instant interbank transfer)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• ShopeePay
• Boost
• FPX via Maybank2u
• FPX via CIMB Clicks

The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request. Pussy88 ios does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals within the set limits.

Withdrawals are typically processed within three hours for requests made during normal service hours. Withdrawals that require additional review — such as a first withdrawal from a new account, or withdrawals exceeding certain limits — may take slightly longer for security verification purposes.

Funds in your pussy88 ios account may only be used for gaming activity within the platform. Funds cannot be transferred between different user accounts. Any attempt to transfer funds between accounts or use the platform as a money transfer channel will result in an investigation and possible account termination.

4Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards Programme

Pussy88 ios offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has specific terms that are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses on pussy88 ios are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be stated as a multiplier — for example, "10x" means you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before you can withdraw winnings derived from those bonus funds.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per account unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is grounds for termination and forfeiture.
• Pussy88 ios reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as placing opposing bets simultaneously), or any other behaviour deemed to be promotional exploitation.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire automatically.

The pussy88 ios VIP Rewards Program accumulates points based on total wagers placed across all games on the platform. VIP points can be redeemed for game credits, cashback, and other benefits listed on the VIP Rewards page. VIP point values and redemption conditions may be updated from time to time with notice to members.

5Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the pussy88 ios platform — including Live Casino, roulette, table games, poker, slots, and Virtual Sports — operate in accordance with the standard rules of the respective game. Specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface itself and can be referenced at any time during a play session.

For games that use an RNG (Random Number Generator), such as slots and certain table game variants, the algorithm used has been certified by an independent auditing body. This ensures that the outcome of every round is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party.

For Live Casino games with live dealers, all games are conducted using real physical equipment — cards, dice or a roulette wheel — under the supervision of video cameras streamed live to players. Records of every Live Casino session are retained for a minimum of 90 days and can be requested for review within that period.

Pussy88 ios is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while playing, especially during live casino games or live Sports Betting.

6Sports Betting Rules & Match Odds

The pussy88 ios Match Odds section offers Sports Betting across football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and others), badminton (BWF World Tour), e-sports (MPL MY/SG Mobile Legends, VCT Valorant), and other sports available from time to time. Sports Betting on pussy88 ios is subject to the following additional rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Review or cancellation of bets after confirmation is not permitted, except in cases of verified technical error.
• The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds used to calculate your payout — odds will not change once your bet has been confirmed.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time, or not concluded within the stipulated period, the relevant bet will be deemed void and the stake will be fully refunded.
• For parlay bets, if any leg of the parlay is voided, the overall parlay odds will be recalculated excluding that leg. A parlay reduced to a single remaining leg after a void will be treated as a single bet.
• Pussy88 ios reserves the right to void or adjust bets if a material error is found in the published odds (such as clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system error), with notice given to affected players.

Live betting is subject to natural delays in the transmission of match data. Pussy88 ios is not responsible for any delay between actual events on the field and the updates displayed on our live betting platform.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pussy88 ios platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where appropriate:

• Financial fraud — including the use of a credit or debit card or e-wallet account that does not belong to you, money laundering, or any form of fraud in financial transactions.
• Collusion — in poker or any multiplayer game, any attempt to collude illegally with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software — using bots, automated scripts, betting assistance software, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts, using another person's identity, or employing any other means to obtain bonuses beyond the permitted limit.
• Money Laundering — using the pussy88 ios platform as a channel to conceal or disguise the origins of illicit funds.
• System disruption — any attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities in pussy88 ios's technical systems.

Pussy88 ios operates an active monitoring system that detects suspicious activity patterns. If your account is identified as engaging in any of the above activities, we reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice.

8Account Suspension & Termination

Pussy88 ios reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or age when requested.
• Suspicious activity or activity that potentially violates the law.
• A user's own request to close their account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months with no login activity.

If your account is closed at your own request with no breach of terms, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within 5 to 7 business days to your registered payment method. If the account is terminated due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Users with active bets or unsettled matches at the time their account is closed at their own request will need to wait until all active bets are settled before the balance withdrawal process is initiated.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Pussy88 ios provides its gaming and betting platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24/7, we cannot guarantee complete uptime under all circumstances.

Pussy88 ios is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Game or bet outcomes — the result of every game and bet is determined by fair play conditions, and pussy88 ios makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any individual gaming session.
• Actions or omissions by third parties that may affect a user's experience on our platform.

The maximum liability of pussy88 ios to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Pussy88 ios reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. When amendments are made, we will:

• Updating the "Updated" date at the top of this document.
• Notifying registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before any significant amendment takes effect.
• Maintaining an archive of previous versions of this document, available to members upon request.

Continued use of the pussy88 ios platform after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the amendments take effect.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable legal principles. Any dispute arising from the use of the pussy88 ios platform must first be addressed through our internal resolution process. If internal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

For any enquiries regarding these terms and conditions, please contact the pussy88 ios support team via in-platform live chat or by email at support@pussy88ios.com. We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 business hours.
